Artist's Rights

  • I retain all copyrights over any works commissioned from me.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for complex designs, at my discretion.

  • I retain the right to post any and all artwork on my chosen platforms.

  • An additional fee may apply if the commissioner wishes for their piece to be kept private.

Commissioner's Rights

  • You may NOT use my works for commercial use.

  • You may post any artwork you receive, but it may NOT be modified in any way, and the watermark must NOT be removed. The works MUST be credited appropriately (link to my page).

  • You may NOT trace an image I have drawn for you.

  • You may not make copies, prints, or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it.

  • You may not claim the work as your own.

  • The commissioner will receive a full resolution compressed file of the completed artwork (.PNG). Files are typically shared through the platform of primary contact (ie if you email me, I'll email your file; if you contact me on Discord I'll share it through that). Otherwise, files are shared via my deviantArt sta.sh, unless otherwise requested. Please make sure to save your files quickly, as I may delete them from my sta.sh after a few days.

    • I will also send you a smaller version of the file for posting to your accounts if desired.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is accepted through Paypal with USD only.

  • Payment is expected upon completion for pieces costing $20 or less. For pieces costing more than $20, a 50% deposit is required up front, and the remainder upon completion.

    • A payment plan may be worked out for pieces costing more than $20, on a case-by-case basis.

  • Tips are accepted, and greatly appreciated!

Will draw:

  • Felines! I love to draw cats of any kind

  • Human or anthro

  • Any species not listed in 'ask me about' is fair game, although I am less practised at very non-standard species

  • Simple backgrounds (solid colour, gradient, etc)

Ask me about:

  • Horses and equines

  • Ferals

  • Complex backgrounds! I love to draw these but the price will depend on what you want

Won't draw:

  • Babyfur

Discounts!

  • 10% off any commission of a design created by me

Refund Policy

  • NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED WORKS.

  • NO REFUNDS ON YCH COMMISSIONS.

  • A partial refund may be offered on an unfinished piece, at my discretion.

    • You will receive the work at it's current stage of completion, with a partial refund reflecting the value of the uncompleted work.

Process

  • Changes to a finished piece are on a case-by-case basis and may require additional charges.

  • Completion time of the commission will vary. You can always contact me if you are concerned about progress.

By commissioning me or purchasing premade designs (adopts), you confirm that you have read and accepted my ToS.
